Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications — including video, phone, and secure messaging — to enable healthcare providers to connect with patients remotely. Juvenis Medical offers telehealth consultations via secure video or phone for eligible patients.
Telehealth services provided by Juvenis Medical are conducted in compliance with Florida Statute §456.47 and applicable regulations of the Florida Department of Health.

Some conditions or clinical situations require in-person evaluation. Dr. Paul Goodkin reserves the right to require an in-person visit before prescribing any medication. Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies — if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
To participate in a telehealth visit, patients need a device with a functioning camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a reliable internet connection. We use HIPAA-compliant video platforms for all consultations.
All telehealth sessions are private and confidential. Consultations are conducted on secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit written consent.

Prescriptions issued through Juvenis Medical are fulfilled through licensed compounding pharmacies. We do not dispense medications directly from our office.
