What Bioidentical Means

Simply put: bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the hormones your body produces. They are compounded to match your labs. That is different from a one-size oral prescription written without a full panel.

It is also not a promise that everyone is a candidate. The evaluation screens first.

The Three Hormones We Discuss Most

Bi-Est (topical / transdermal)

Estrogen here is topical and transdermal only. The usual prescription is Bi-Est rather than estradiol as the standard starting prescription. There is no oral or vaginal menu. Bioidentical progesterone is prescribed with it — for bone, mood, and sleep, not only endometrial protection.

Progesterone
