Telehealth appointments are conducted via secure video call. You'll receive a link in advance. Labs can be ordered to a location near you and results are reviewed by the provider before your follow-up. For eligible services, everything — consultation, labs, prescription delivery, and follow-up — can be handled remotely.

Topical and transdermal only. The usual prescription is Bi-Est, not estradiol as the standard starting prescription, plus bioidentical progesterone. Yes — HCG or enclomiphene, depending on your lab work, your history, and your goals. Testosterone taken from the outside suppresses your body's own signal to the testes, so fertility and testicular function are addressed as part of the protocol rather than after the fact. Raise it on the first call if it matters to you; it changes how the protocol is built.

No. Dr. Paul does not prescribe synthetic human growth hormone. Growth hormone support here uses secretagogues that prompt your own pituitary — most commonly sermorelin, ipamorelin with CJC-1295, and tesamorelin. These are non-controlled and available nationwide. More on the growth hormone axis.

All medications at Juvenis Medical are sourced exclusively from licensed, accredited compounding pharmacies. Dr. Paul does not prescribe from unregulated or overseas sources. Suitability and safety are assessed individually during your evaluation.

Not necessarily. For most patients, lab orders are placed after the initial consultation. If you have recent bloodwork (within 6 months), you're welcome to bring it — but it's not required to get started.
